Personal Manifiesto
I declare I am a living being:
I am both young and old.
I need to breath, eat,
and I love everyone.
I want to see myself,
I want to be seen;
I am playing.
I believe in what I do
Art is not art,
It is magic, illusion, religion;
It is a zest for life!
Its purpose is vital.
I want it to be judged,
And though machines exist,
Let still the hand survive.
Let the individual live on!
Let there be no death!

(I LIVE) THE SPLENDOR OF FORM
I live here, in Acapulco, in this “eternal present, where life flies by like a falling leaf, without defined seasons”. And yet, the alterations experienced in our “meaty home” push us towards an almost fictitious ending… In the meantime, I am here, on this mountain on the terrace of my home, at a height of 425 meters above sea level. I can see the morning arrive down in the bay, as well as the night, a hurricane, dusk, ships, planes, and big butterflies with (with the scent of women’s perfume). I thoroughly enjoy my new projects, which create new spaces and cells in my brain. I meditate a lot on the taste of “chilate”, and I see new generations grow up, that suddenly appear like mushrooms, and palpitate frantically at the discos, and tomorrow they’ll be taking their kids to school.
That’s how, after some 300 years, after having dwelled in Stalin’s Hungarian jails, surviving with scarce food and clothing, feeling the cold in my bones, I had a dream about Taormina and almost like in a story I found myself on the road. I found this place called Acapulco, many years ago, and I lived an accelerated period of life where what should have taken 100 years arrived in 10… It was a place where we had to keep growing like sharks or mammoths, and I saw the images pass through my mind and heard the sounds. From everywhere I could see the dots that formed colors; I feared and could see how man with increasing speed, dug his own tomb. But up here, I continued to meditate, photographing and recording history. That is how I register the sensation of living, of being myself, of learning first-hand what a being is. I believe, or suppose, that I capture everything, from the flavor of tropical fruit, to the dreams of eternity.
On this road, today, where man accepts (as his destiny) the route of a god, one soaks up all of the possibilities, be they technological, biological, etc. and I, the artist sculptor, arrived at the place where the “sensimeta pales” were, and that is where I found in the infinite labyrinths, the possibility of the go & come, of the alterations of the movement-road, the mathematical multiplication, thick-forest meditation, Aldous Huxley’s refuge.
Yes, my brothers! These are the ever changing mysteries and labyrinths. Come, then! See and change, search with me and take Arian’s thread that will help us return.
